As part of an attempt to solve the problem, the MOT and Ayalon Highways asked to examine the real need of drivers to operate the public transport service in Israel and the actual supply of drivers.<\/p>\n<p>Through our extensive experience in operating public transport, we built a comprehensive examination process of the actual need of drivers while considering the professional, industrial and technological variables that affect the drivers.
