LRT tenders are competitive procedures for operating light rail service lines. The tenders are divided to infrastructure construction, maintenance, planning and operation of the LRT network. As part of the project, our company provides operational planning for companies interested in applying.
We plan dedicated schedule that complies with the tender guidelines, which considers all the parameters, such as the required hourly frequency of trains, prevention of overlap in train departure and arrival times, travel times that include stops at stations and required speed on the designated lines. Using optimization software, we simulate daily activity and plan a complete operational plan, analyze the requirements trains, drivers, expected travel distances, various highlights regarding the schedules and more.
The data obtained in the operational plan allow to estimate the future operational requirements and build the economic plan for tender submission.
