Exact led the planning of shuttle operations in Kansas City for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, including schedules, travel times, fleet and driver requirements, and operational planning for major events.
In addition, the company led the planning of a dedicated shuttle network for the local baseball team’s games.
The planning included timetable and frequency development, travel time analysis, fleet and driver requirement planning, and the preparation of a comprehensive operational plan for service delivery. The work addressed fluctuating demand, anticipated traffic congestion, and the need to operate an efficient, reliable, and flexible transportation system for large-scale events.
