Roei is serving as Co-CEO, and leading the planning and operation projects in the company. In his past, Roei has served as VP of Planning and Transportation and as an operational optimization planner and economist and working in the public transportation industry since 2007. In his former roles Roei cooperated with the MOT, operators and consultants of public transport and light rail from Israel and from abroad. In addition, he specialized in planning and optimization tools, implementation of technological and managerial tools to improve the operational process and accompanied many branches and clusters from tender winning stage to the operation stage. Roei holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and management and sees in his vision the optimization of future mass transportation systems by improving work processes and developing new and original technological tools.

Daniel Itach

Daniel is serving as Co-CEO, and leading the technologies projects in the company. has served as CTO and work in the public transportation industry since 2010. As part of his roles, he Specialized in smart ticketing systems, and established a knowledge center that integrates information from various systems through an advanced BI database. In addition, he planned and developed tender’s technological offers according with MOT requirements, while providing creative and innovative technological solutions. Daniel implemented many technological tools and coordinate with variety of suppliers and employees. Daniel holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and management specializing in information systems, and in his vision sees proper technological use for process improvement and finding solutions to future public transportation problems.

Anna Artsev Nir

Anna leads the public transportation planning division at Exact Transportation Solutions, including managing and mentoring a team of professional planners. Since 2018, she has built extensive expertise in the field, working with local authorities and government ministries on the development and planning of public transit networks — from strategic planning through on-the-ground implementation. Her areas of specialization include priority corridor planning, operational optimization of lines and fleets, and light rail service planning. Anna holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning and is highly proficient in tools such as TransCAD, GIS, and Optibus.

Neta Amir – Frydman
Operations and Human Resources Manager
Neta is an Operations and HR Manager with over a decade of experience in human resources, including recruitment, employee wellbeing, workflow design, and supporting organizational growth. Since 2012, she has been working in the public transportation industry—initially in HR roles, and later in supervision, control, and transit planning. Over the years, Neta has developed expertise in building operational plans, network planning, designing and operating public transit lines, operational optimization, developing operations for electric buses and light rails, and leading tender processes. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Human Resources and Organizational Development.

Mai Rosenberg

May is an urban planner and project manager with experience leading strategic projects in the fields of transportation, urban planning, and public participation. As part of her role, she manages projects in public transportation, infrastructure planning, planning programmes, and strategic planning, working closely with government ministries, local authorities, and government-owned companies.
May holds a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning (Research Track) from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor’s degree, with distinction, in Psychology and East Asian Studies from Tel Aviv University. She combines planning expertise with systems thinking and extensive experience in leading complex, multi-stakeholder processes.

Sienna Hofman

Siena has extensive experience in managing technology projects and leading BI processes in complex organizations. She specializes in business requirements analysis, cross-organizational project management, and bridging between business and technology stakeholders.
Her experience includes leading regulatory projects, implementing core systems, developing data-driven solutions, and establishing work methodologies that support informed decision-making and improve organizational processes. Siena has been working in the public transportation sector since 2012 and holds a certificate in Information Systems Analysis from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

Naomi Cohen -Zagagi

Naomi is an experienced project planner specializing in urban planning, transportation planning, public transportation, and complex project management. She leads consulting and planning projects in fare collection systems, passenger information and signage, traffic signal priority, and public transportation networks, from planning and procurement through implementation.
Since 2011, Naomi has worked with the Ministry of Transport, NTA Metropolitan Mass Transit System, National Transport Infrastructure Company (Netivei Israel), and local authorities. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography and a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning.

Dan holds a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree from Tel Aviv University. In addition to his professional work, he lectures in the field of transportation planning, publishes professional articles, and regularly speaks at conferences in Israel.
