Operation and planning accompaniment of public transportation operators

As part of the accompaniment, we work in cooperation with the company’s planning department, building and improving the current planning and operational activities and the company’s work procedures.

We exam and rebuild the operation plan for vehicles and drivers, improving work methods and advising the various positions in the management of day-to-day work. The results are expressed through operational and economic efficiency.
