Roei is serving as Co-CEO, and leading the planning and operation projects in the company. In his past, Roei has served as VP of Planning and Transportation and as an operational optimization planner and economist and working in the public transportation industry since 2007. In his former roles Roei cooperated with the MOT, operators and consultants of public transport and light rail from Israel and from abroad. In addition, he specialized in planning and optimization tools, implementation of technological and managerial tools to improve the operational process and accompanied many branches and clusters from tender winning stage to the operation stage. Roei holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and management and sees in his vision the optimization of future mass transportation systems by improving work processes and developing new and original technological tools.

Daniel Itach
Co CEO & Founder
Daniel is serving as Co-CEO, and leading the technologies projects in the company. has served as CTO and work in the public transportation industry since 2010. As part of his roles, he Specialized in smart ticketing systems, and established a knowledge center that integrates information from various systems through an advanced BI database. In addition, he planned and developed tender’s technological offers according with MOT requirements, while providing creative and innovative technological solutions. Daniel implemented many technological tools and coordinate with variety of suppliers and employees. Daniel holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and management specializing in information systems, and in his vision sees proper technological use for process improvement and finding solutions to future public transportation problems.

Neta Amir – Frydman

Neta has extensive experience in building operational plans, planning and operating public transport lines, optimization planning, electric buses and LRT planning, submiting tenders and more. Neta is working in the public transportation industry since 2012 and has a B.A. in Business Administration, specializing in Human Resources Management and Organizational Development.

Naomi Cohen -Zagagi

In recent years, she has been involved in promoting innovation processes in cities in the field of transportation and data. Tamar has rich experience working with a variety of stakeholders: non-profit organizations, public authorities and business entities.

Moy Galante

Alongside public transportation, Dan has worked on various transportation-related topics, such as economic feasibility analysis, preparing the guide for evaluating transportation impacts, rail freight transport, transportation and parking policies, and monitoring travel habits based on GNSS tracking. Dan specializes in GIS and data analysis and holds a master’s degree in Urban Planning from the Technion.

Elena Zemkov

She has led cross-organizational processes that included coordination between interfaces, improvement of procedures, and integration of solutions in collaboration with public and business entities. She brings with her a practical approach, attention to detail alongside a systemic perspective, and the ability to drive significant changes while maintaining operational stability. Elena graduated with honors with a master’s degree in Real Estate Appraisal and Management Engineering and is a member in the Engineers and Architects Registry under the field of Industrial Engineering and Management.

Noah Di Neris

Noa serves as a transportation project planner across various fields. She has experience working with Geographic Information Systems (GIS), analyzing and visualizing spatial data, and advancing infrastructure and strategic projects in public transportation. In the past, she was also involved in academic research in the fields of environment and light pollution, and worked with government bodies such as the Ministry of Justice, the Survey of Israel, and the Ministry of Environmental Protection. Noa holds a bachelor’s degree in Geography and Geoinformatics and a master’s degree in Urban Planning from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Hodaya Rafinet
