In recent years, ticketing in Israel has changed from end to end, and travel tickets have changed from paper tickets to electronic ones. In recent times, the use of electronic cards (“Rav-Kav”) has continued to be upgraded, and today it is possible to perform actions and changes on the card independently of the operator that issued the original card. In order to continue upgrading the system, and providing service to the passengers, service stations “on the line” were established throughout Israel. As part of the project, we manage and advise on the establishment and maintenance of these centers from technological and operational aspect and in response to the requirements of the Ministry of Transportation.
