Technological consulting in Jerusalem cable car to the old city project

The Jerusalem Development Authority is planning a cable car from the old train station to the old city.

Our company accompanies the Jerusalem Development Authority in implementing ticketing and electronic signs systems and providing technological consulting for the project.
Our team reviewed the ticketing system required for the project at each station, consult on crowd management and examined the economic models for operator compensation.

As part of the project, the team took part in the process of preparing a requirements document for suppliers in the field of ticketing and electronic signs, preparation of the tender, selection of suppliers and support during the filling phase.
