New Public Transportation Network Plan

The MOT and the National Public Transportation Authority are promoting, through Ayalon Highways, a strategic plan to promote public transportation in the Haifa metropolis and the north of Israel.

The plan includes, among other things, operational planning of public transportation in the area. As part of the project, we planned a new network of bus routes for the area in accordance with the existing and future needs and demands, while making it more attractive to users.

The planning process is done while examining existing and future development plans, traffic examinations, strategic plans review, examination of demands and sociological-demographic aspects in the planning area and more. The project included analysis of the existing situation, geographic and operational planning, coordination with the authorities and determination of implementation packages.

This planning was done in the cities: Tiberias, Afula and Rechasim
